Shipping & Delivery

O's orders are fulfilled on a wholesale basis through Joon Distribution. Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your shipment and coordinates delivery to your business address.

Confirmed wholesale orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand or new-account onboarding, processing may take slightly longer. Your representative will confirm your expected ship date.

Shipments are sent via trusted freight and parcel carriers appropriate to your order size. Estimated transit times are provided at the time of order and vary by destination. Tracking information is shared once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, and are confirmed with your order. Freight terms for larger wholesale orders are arranged directly with your Joon Distribution representative.

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. See our Returns policy for details.

O's is a 21+ age-restricted product. Deliveries may require an adult signature, and orders may only be shipped to licensed businesses in jurisdictions where sale of the product is permitted.
